摘要
目的探讨基于自我决定理论的管理方法对临床低年资护士心理弹性进行干预的效果。方法采用简单随机抽样法选取淮安市某三级甲等医院临床低年资护士60名,基于自我决定理论进行为期三个月的管理,采用康纳-戴维森心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)和职业倦怠量表对干预前后进行评价。结果运用自我决定理论的管理方法进行干预后,护士心理弹性得分显著高于干预前(P<0.001),职业倦怠得分显著低于干预前(P<0.001),差异有统计学意义。结论将自我决定理论运用于临床低年资护士的心理弹性管理培训中,能够有效提高临床低年资护士的心理弹性,降低职业倦怠感,改善心理健康状态和工作积极性。
Objective To explore the effect of management methods based on self-determination theory on the psychological resilience of junior clinical nurses.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to select 60 junior clinical nurses in a tertiary class A hospital in Huaian. The management was based on self-determination theory for three months. Before and after the intervention, the Conner-Davidson Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC) and the Job Burnout Scale were used for evaluation. Results After the intervention using self-determination theory management method, the nurses’ mental resilience score was significantly higher than before(P<0.01), and the job burnout score was significantly lower(P<0.01). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Applying self-determination theory to the management of psychological resilience of clinical junior nurses can effectively improve their psychological resilience, reduce job burnout, and improve mental health and work enthusiasm.
