新时代网络文化建设的鲜明特征及思维方法

The Distinctive Features and Thinking Methods of Network Culture Construction in the New Era

网络文化是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分。在深入推进文化强国建设的进程中,新时代网络文化建设在空间、发展、主体、传播、价值五个维度具有鲜明的特征:空间维度的公共性、发展维度的文化间性、主体维度的技术性、传播维度的规范性、价值维度的意识形态性。当前,在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指引下,新时代网络文化建设要立足新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局,坚持战略思维、创新思维、辩证思维、法治思维和底线思维五大系统思维方法。

Network culture is an important part of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.In order to further promote the construction of cultural power,this paper analyzes the distinctive characteristics of the construction of network culture in the new era in the five dimensions of space,development,subject,communication and value:the publicity of space dimension,the inter culture of development dimension,the technicality of subject dimension,the standardization of communication dimension and the ideology of value dimension.On this basis,it is proposed that under the guidance of Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology with China's characteristics,the construction of network culture in the new era should be based on the new development stage,the implementation of new development concepts,the construction of new development pattern,and the five systems of thinking methods,including strategic thinking,innovative thinking,dialectical thinking,rule of law thinking and bottom line thinking.
