摘要
结合南京恒嘉路项目,针对传统施工工艺样板施工费时费力等问题,为保证施工质量和建筑效果,在各分项工程施工前,运用BIM技术创建虚拟现实施工工艺样板引路,基于BIM技术虚拟现实施工工艺样板不受场地限制,且灵活性、经济性较高等优势,弥补实体样板的缺陷,有效降低投入成本、节省施工用地,并实现施工工艺样板引路的重复利用。
Combined with the project of Hengjia Road in Nanjing,aiming at the time-consuming and laborious problems related to the traditional process of template construction,in order to ensure the quality of construction and the effect of the project,before constructing each sub-project,BIM technology is used to create the template approach in virtual reality construction. Based on such advantages of BIM technology as no restrictions of sites,flexibility and economy in virtual realistic template process of construction,the defects of physical samples are made up,which can effectively reduce the input cost,save the land of construction and realize the repeated utilization of template approach.
