摘要
为促进BIM技术与装配式建筑的共同发展,以南京恒嘉路项目为工程案例,基于BIM技术应用软件的三维可视化、工程量自动统计、施工工艺模拟及数据信息集成等功能,通过BIM模型建立、可视化深化设计、预制构件吊装施工策划等一系列BIM技术应用点的实施,有利于提前发现并处理设计缺陷、优化施工方案、加强成本管控等。
The functions of BIM technology application software,such as 3 D visualization,engineering quantity automatic statistics,construction process simulation and data information integration,are based on to promote the common development of BIM technology and prefabricated construction. Hengjia Road Project of Nanjing is taken as an engineering case. With the implementation of a series of BIM technology application points,such as the establishment of BIM model,the design of visualization deepening,and the hoisting construction planning of prefabricated components,etc.,design defects can be found and dealt with in advance,construction scheme can be optimized,and cost control can be strengthened.
