摘要
为提高代建单位对建设项目的管理能力,对BIM技术在政府代建制项目中的管理模式和方法进行系统化研究,并以南京麒麟人工智能产业园为例,研究BIM技术的信息集成、风险前置和进度模拟等功能在质量控制、安全管理、进度把控中的作用。结果表明,BIM技术可有效提高代建单位对质量、安全、进度的管理能力,保证项目施工质量,取得良好的经济效益。
To improve the capability of management in projects of construction,a systematic study of BIM technology in the mode of management and methods concerning government acting system was made. Taking Chilin Industrial Zone of Artificial Intelligence in Nanjing as an example,research is conducted concerning the integration of information concerning BIM technology,pre-risk and the simulation of process,and other functions in terms of the control of quality,the management of safety,and the control of schedule. The results show that BIM technology can effectively improve the agents’ capacity of management regarding quality,safety and schedule,ensure the quality of the project,and obtain economic benefits.
