摘要
为解决超高层建筑因结构复杂、专业分包多、质量安全要求高导致工期难以控制的难题,分析并提出影响超高层建筑施工进度的主要因素及措施,通过创建建筑信息模型,采用P6+BIM技术进行项目进度管理,从技术和管理方面解决影响施工进度的主要难题,最终确保项目工期满足合同要求。
In order to solve the problem that the construction period of tall buildings is difficult to control due to its complex structure,many professional sub-contracting,high quality and safety requirements,a building information model is created. P6 + BIM technology is adopted to manage the project schedule.The main problems affecting the construction progress are solved from two aspects of technology and management,so as to ensure the construction period of the project meets the contract requirements.
