摘要
为解决EPC管理模式应用于装配式项目后因缺乏经验所导致的问题,对EPC模式在装配式建筑中的具体实施方法进行研究。基于工程实践经验,提出装配式建筑EPC管理模式,解决预制构件供应单位选取和施工平面布置等问题,提供项目过程管理要点和信息化施工方法,并成功应用于装配式住宅项目中,不仅提高施工质量,节约成本,且取得显著效益。
In order to solve the problems,caused by the lack of experience in the application of EPC management mode in prefabricated projects, a specific implementation method of EPC mode in prefabricated buildings is studied in this paper. Based on practical engineering experience,the EPC management model of prefabricated buildings is proposed as a solution to address key problems,such as the selection of supply units of prefabricated components,the layout of construction floor,etc. The key points of project process management and information-based construction methods are proposed and have been successfully applied to a typical prefabricated residential project and have achieved significant benefits,such as exhibiting an improved construction quality and being more engineering cost-saving.
