竖向预应力钢绞线和精轧螺纹钢筋的分析及应用

摘要 鉴于近年来大跨度连续刚构桥腹板沿桥长方向开裂案例较多,分析其主要原因之一是竖向预应力筋的竖向预应力损失造成腹板裂缝。溜筒江大桥连续刚构腹板竖向预应力精轧螺纹钢筋改为钢绞线,工程实际应用中从应力损失计算、价值计算分析、实际应用对比等方面对箱梁竖向预应力精轧螺纹钢筋和预应力钢绞线在变截面预应力混凝土连续箱梁的应用,进行了数据计算、比对分析及论述。 In recent years,there are many cases of web cracking along the length of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge.One of the main reasons is that the loss of vertical prestress of vertical prestressed reinforcement causes web cracks.The vertical pre-stressed finish rolled ribbed bar of continuous rigid frame web of Liutongjiang Bridge is changed into steel strand.In the practical application of the project,the data calculation,comparative analysis and discussion are made on the application of vertical pre-stressed finish rolled ribbed bar and prestressed steel strand in variable cross-section prestressed concrete continuous box girder from the aspects of stress loss calculation,value calculation analysis and practical application comparison.
