摘要
牛至油是一种具有芳香气味的挥发性油,具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗炎、调节糖脂代谢等多种生物学功能。在饲粮中添加牛至油可提高畜禽生长性能、改善其肉品质并降低畜禽的发病率。本文综述了牛至油在体内的吸收代谢、生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用研究进展,为牛至油在畜禽生产中的应用提供参考。
Oregano oil is a kind of volatile oil with aromatic odor.It has a variety of biological functions such as antibacterial,antioxidation,anti-inflammatory,and regulating glycolipid metabolism.Adding oregano oil to the diet can improve the growth performance of livestock and poultry,improve their meat quality and reduce the incidence of livestock and poultry.This article reviews the absorption,metabolism,biological functions of oregano oil in animals and its application in livestock and poultry production,providing a reference for the application of oregano oil in livestock and poultry production.
