退耕还林工程助推乡村振兴战略的路径选择——以贵州省为例

Path Choice of the Project of Returning Farmland to Forests to Promote Rural Revitalization Strategy——Take Guizhou Province as An Example

贵州省退耕还林工程任务总量居全国首位,为实现乡村振兴战略打下了坚实基础。针对退耕还林工程在实施的过程中还存在着没有因地制宜选择树种、农民缺乏种植技术、森林管护力度不足、政府资金投入力度不大等问题,提出了要选择适合本地区的树种,对农民进行种植技术培训,加大资金投入力度等对策建议。

The total task of the project of returning farmland to forest in Guizhou province ranks the first in China, laying a solid foundation for the realization of the strategy of Rural Revitalization. However, there are still some problems in the implementation of the project, such as no tree species selection according to local conditions, farmers’ lack of planting technology, insufficient forest management and protection, and little government investment, which seriously hinder the revitalization and development of rural areas.Based on this, this paper put forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rural revitalization strategy of the project, in order to provide a reference for the early realization of rural revitalization in Guizhou province.
