南宁市武鸣河流域水安全问题分析研究

Analysis and Research on Water Security of Wuming River Basin in Nanning City

当前,流域水安全已成为制约区域社会经济可持续发展的瓶颈问题之一。以广西南宁市武鸣河流域为研究对象,通过水灾害、水环境、水资源3个典型的水安全子系统,分析武鸣河流域水安全状况,认为武鸣河流域当前水安全问题不容乐观,得出流域气候变化、地形差异和人类活动的综合影响是造成流域水安全问题严峻的主要原因的结论,并提出了保障水安全的初步建议,以期为武鸣河流域社会经济和生态环境可持续发展提供依据。

At present,river basin water security has become one of the bottlenecks restricting regional socioeconomic sustainable development.Taking Wuming River Basin in Nanning City of Guangxi as the research object,this paper analyzes the water security situation of Wuming River Basin through three typical water security subsystems:water disaster,water environment and water resources.It is considered that the current water security problem of Wuming River Basin is not optimistic.It is concluded that the comprehensive influence of climate change,terrain difference and human activities in the basin are the main reason for the serious water security problem of the basin,and the preliminary sugggestions for ensuring water security are put forward,in order to provide the basis for the sustainable development of social economy and ecological environment in Wuming River Basin.
