摘要 乌江干流梯级电站中,除下游的构皮滩、思林、沙沱3座电站在设计时有生态流量外,上游的洪家渡、东风、索风营、乌江渡4座电站在设计之初均无生态流量。2017年长江水利委员会提出生态流量需求,如何构建安全、经济的常态化生态调度机制,急需制定相应的生态流量保障措施,保障乌江干流电站生态流量成为调度的一项重要任务。通过对保障生态流量的方案和实施方式进行研究分析,并经实际应用,得出保障生态流量的调度措施,对设计之初无生态流量的水电站具有示范作用。 Among the cascade hydropower stations in the main stream of Wujiang River,except for Goupitan,Silin and Shatuo hydropower stations in the downstream,there was no ecological flow at the beginning of design for Hongjiadu,Dongfeng,Suofengying and Wujiangdu Hydropower Stations in the upstream.In 2017,the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission put forward the demand for ecological flow.How to build a safe and economic normalized ecological dispatching mechanism,it is urgent to formulate corresponding ecological flow guarantee measures to ensure the ecological flow of power stations in the main stream of Wujiang River has become an important task of dispatching.Through the research and analysis of the scheme and implementation mode of ensuring ecological flow,and through practical application,the dispatching measures of ensuring ecological flow are obtained,which has a demonstration role for hydropower stations without ecological flow.
