摘要
对构皮滩水电站实时出力偏离发电计划的情况进行了原因分析,提出将实时出力监测接入现有计算机监控系统、将实时预警接入声光报警系统的设计方案。方案实施后,实现了实时出力自动跟踪监测和实时预警,取缔传统人工盯盘监视,节约人力资源,提高发电计划跟踪可靠性,减少电网辅助服务考核。该方案在流域集控中心发电计划跟踪工作中具有普遍的推广价值。
The causes of real-time output deviation from power generation plan of Coupitan Hydropower Station are analyzed,and the design scheme of connecting the real-time output monitoring with the existing computer monitoring system and the real-time early warning with the audible and visual alarm system is proposed.After the implementation of the scheme,the real-time automatic output tracking monitoring and real-time early warning are realized,the traditional manual monitoring is banned,the human resources are saved,the tracking reliability of power generation plan is improved,and the auxiliary service assessment of power grid is reduced.This scheme has universal promotional value in the tracking work of power generation plan in the basin centralized control center.
