摘要
通过分析水电站水淹厂房事故的风险源,讨论了各风险源所包含的风险因素与发生水淹厂房事故的关系;通过采集厂房内水位、流量及排水设备工况等信息,结合厂房内三维空间数据进行综合分析的方法,提出了一种水电站水淹厂房预警系统的解决方案,该预警系统能预估水淹厂房事故的可能性及发生时间,对区域性水电站水淹厂房预警系统的研制具有一定的参考价值。
By analyzing the risk sources of flooded power house accidents in hydropower stations,the relationship between the risk factors contained in each risk source and the occurrence of flooded power house accidents is discussed.By collecting the information of water level,flow and working conditions of drainage equipment in the powerhouse,combined with the method of comprehensive analysis of three-dimensional spatial data in the powerhouse,a solution of water flooded powerhouse early warning system in hydropower stations is proposed.The early warning system can predict the possibility and occurrence time of flooded power house accident,which has a certain reference value for the development of the early warning system for flooded power house of the regional hydropower station.
