绿色供应链下我国住宅产业化发展体系研究

Research on the Development System of China’s Housing Industrialization from the Perspective of Green Supply Chain

剖释住宅产业化发展的阻碍因素,在分析住宅产业化与绿色供应链耦合关系的基础上,组成以房地产开发企业为核心,废弃物回收处理单位为纽带,供应商、制造商、物流运输商、建筑施工单位和住宅终端消费用户等为节点,政府有关部门、设计单位、监理单位、物业管理服务单位等多元主体参与的网链结构,构建绿色供应链整合视角下的住宅产业化发展体系,以探索我国住宅产业化绿色可持续发展的路径。

This paper analyzes the factors hindering the development of housing industrialization.Based on the analysis of the coupling relationship between housing industrialization and green supply chain,forms a network chain structure with real estate development enterprises as the core,waste recycling units as the link,suppliers,manufacturers,logistics carriers,construction units and residential terminal consumers as nodes,and the relevant government departments,design units,supervision units,property management service units and other stakeholders as participants,constructs the development system of housing industrialization from the perspective of green supply chain integration,in order to explore the green sustainable development path of housing industrialization in China.
