摘要
通过多个实际工程的造价数据统计分析,对照传统现浇建造,探讨地方政策、现行设计规范或标准、预制构件制作、存放和运输及现场施工等影响因素,剖析导致装配式混凝土建造高成本主要成因,并结合实际工程经验提出相关建议,以期合理降低可压缩的成本增量。
Through statistics analysis of cost data of several actual projects,this paper discusses the influences of local policies,current design codes or standards,prefabricated component production,storage and transportation of prefabricated components,and site construction,and analyzes the main causes of high cost of prefabricated concrete construction.Finally,puts forward some suggestions based on the practical engineering experience,in order to reduce the compressible cost increment.
