摘要 针对装配式建筑成本过高的现状,提出一种基于LINGO的装配式框架结构成本优化分析理论。引入预制率性价比概念,比较装配式框架结构中各结构构件成本信息,计算出预制构件对比现浇构件的成本增量,结合LINGO软件从预制成本和工日优化视角分别对预制构件成本方案进行分析,找出最优解。分析表明,该优化理论能够灵活使用各类预制构件的组合,实现预制率和成本增量最低双满足。 In view of high cost of prefabricated building,this paper proposes a cost optimization analysis theory of prefabricated frame structure based on LING.By introducing the concept of cost-effective prefabrication rate,compares the cost information of each component in prefabricated frame structure,and calculates the cost increment of prefabricated components compared with cast-in-place component.Then,analyzes the cost plan of prefabricated components from the perspective of prefabrication cost and workday optimization perspective by LINGO,and calculates the optimal solution.Results show that the optimization analysis theory can flexibly use various combinations of prefabricated components,meet the minimum prefab rate and cost increase.
