摘要
由电机结构特性和电流谐波引起的径向电磁力会使内置式永磁同步电机(interior permanent magnet synchronous motor,IPMSM)产生振动噪声。为了研究和优化电机振动噪声,分析在谐波电流作用下,电机所产生的径向电磁力的主要频率和幅值,提出基于谐振调节器的电机控制模型,来削弱电机径向电磁力,降低电机振动噪声;建立了基于Matlab-Simplorer-Maxwell电机径向电磁力联合仿真模型,对电机控制系统进行仿真分析;对径向电磁力与电机振动噪声频谱进行分析和对比,验证该方法的有效性。
The radial electromagnetic force caused by the geometrical characteristics and current harmonics is one of the main reasons for the vibration and noise of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor.In order to study and optimize the motor vibration and noise,the main frequency and amplitude of radial electromagnetic force produced by the motor under the action of harmonic current were analyzed,A motor control model based on resonant regulator was proposed to weaken the radial electromagnetic force and reduce the vibration noise of the motor;based on Matlab-Simplorer-Maxwell co-simulation model,the motor control system was simulated and analyzed;by analyzing and comparing the spectrum of radial electromagnetic force and motor vibration noise,the effectiveness of this method was verified.
