摘要
废弃砖块在建筑垃圾中有着重要的比重,将废弃砖块磨成细粉资源化再利用是解决建筑垃圾的重要途径。为了提高对建筑垃圾的利用率,文中分析了废弃砖粉的化学成分、吸水率、含水率,并对不同掺量下砖粉的砂浆强度进行了试验,结果显示砖粉的主要化学成分与硅酸盐水泥的基本一致,废弃砖粉可以作为一定的胶凝材料替代部分水泥,掺有废弃砖粉的砂浆对砂浆的延性有一定的改善作用,但是砖粉具有一定的吸水率,随着砖粉粒径的逐渐减小,砖粉的吸水率逐渐增大。
Waste brick has a pivotal proportion in construction waste.Grinding waste brick into fine powder is a crutial issue to address construction waste.In order to improve the utilization rate of construction waste,this paper studies the chemical composition,water absorption as well as water content of waste brick powder,and tests the mortar strength of brick powder with different contents.The results demonstrate that the main chemical composition of brick powder is basically consistent with that of Portland cement.Waste brick powder can be employed as a cementitious material to replace part of cement,and mortar mixed with waste brick powder can be used to replace sand the ductility of the slurry has a certain improvement,but the brick powder has a certain water absorption rate.With the decrease of the brick powder particle size,the water absorption rate of the brick powder increases gradually.
