青岛地铁盾构滚刀磨损多目标优化

摘要 针对青岛地铁盾构施工中遇到的滚刀磨损问题,根据遗传算法建立了以刀间距、贯入度、刀刃宽度及刀盘转速为约束条件,以滚刀破岩比能最小、掘进距离最大及掘进速度最快为多目标函数的优化模型。利用MATLAB对多目标函数进行了编程求解,计算出了减少滚刀磨损的最优掘进参数和刀具结构参数,并提出了针对性优化措施,可为青岛地铁后续盾构施工提供一定的借鉴参考。 Aiming at the disc cutter wear of shield in Qingdao Metro,a optimization model is built based on the genetic algorithm,with cutter spacing,penetration,blade width and knife disc speed as the constraints,with the minimum roller breaking rock ratio,the maximum digging distance and the fastest digging speed as the multi-objective function.And then the multi-objective function is programmed and calculated by MATLAB.Finally,the optimal digging parameters and tool structure parameters to reduce roller wear are calculated,and targeted optimization measures are proposed,which can provide reference for the construction of shield tunnels in Qingdao Metro.
