乡村振兴战略背景下河北省乡村旅游实用人才开发分析

Analysis on the Development of Practical Talent for Rural Tourism in Hebei Province under the Context of Rural Revitalization Strategy

近年来,河北省乡村旅游发展初见成效,但仍存在着乡村旅游产品单一、文化内涵不足等问题,这些与乡村旅游实用人才质量有着密切关系。本文基于乡村振兴战略实施的重要历史背景,梳理了河北省关于推进乡村旅游人才培养的相关文件及政策、已开展的工作、取得的成就及存在的主要问题。

In recent years,the development of rural tourism in Hebei Province has achieved initial results,but there are still problems such as single rural tourism products and insufficient cultural connotation,which are closely related to the quality of practical talents in rural tourism.Based on the important historical background of the implementation of the strategy of rural re⁃vitalization,this paper combs the relevant documents and policies,the work carried out,the achievements and the main prob⁃lems of promoting the cultivation of rural tourism talents in Hebei Province.
