On New Rural Construction from the Perspective of Economic Law

长期以来,我国城乡经济发展处于严重不平衡的状态,以经济法为立足点进而分析农村问题的研究少之又少。经济法作为促进新农村全面、快速、健康、可持续发展的核心法律,运用经济法体系和方法,掌握其内涵以分析农村问题尤为重要。

For a long time,the economic development of urban and rural areas in China is in a state of serious imbalance,and there are few studies on the analysis of rural problems based on economic law.As the core law to promote the comprehensive,rapid,healthy and sustainable development of the new countryside,it is very important to use the system and method of econom⁃ic law to grasp its connotation to analyze the rural problems.
