新时期农业专项资金的财务管理问题探析

在脱贫攻坚工作和乡村振兴战略的持续推进下,国家加大了农业领域的专项资金投入力度,推动各项惠民惠农政策落地生根,使我国农业得到了长足的发展。但在农业专项资金的使用过程中存在着资金管理不规范,资金违规乱用等情况,损害广大农民利益的同时对农业经济的发展产生严重阻碍,农业专项资金的财务管理工作正是因此受到了全社会的广泛关注。鉴于此,本文以专项资金财务管理为切入点,简要概述了新时期农业专项资金科学管理的重要意义,在深入分析农业专项资金的财务管理问题的基础上有针对性的提出了几点意见建议,旨在为农业专项资金的科学使用提供理论依据和方向。

With the continuous advancement of poverty alleviation work and rural revitalization strategy,the state has in⁃creased the investment of special funds in the agricultural field,promoted the implementation of various policies that benefit the people and agriculture,and made my country's agriculture have achieved considerable development.However,in the use of agricultural special funds,there are irregular fund management,illegal use of funds,etc.,which harm the interests of farmers and seriously hinder the development of agricultural economy.The financial management of agricultural special funds is pre⁃cisely because of this.Wide attention from society.In view of this,this article takes the financial management of special funds as an entry point,briefly outlines the importance of the scientific management of agricultural special funds in the new era,and puts forward several suggestions on the basis of in-depth analysis of the financial management of agricultural special funds.Aims to provide theoretical basis and direction for the scientific use of agricultural special funds.
