为了避免发生农村集体资产流失的问题,紧抓村级财务管理工作,打造“阳光村务”十分重要。本文先是阐述了加强和规范村级财务管理工作的重要性,针对现阶段村级财务管理中存在的问题,从集体资产管理制度、财务民主管理模式、审计监督管理力度以及财务委员培训考核几方面,提出了合理的解决建议,为相关人员提供了理论参考,旨在进一步优化村级财务管理方案,提高村级财务管理水平,促进农村财务管理向规范化、制度化方向发展。

In order to avoid the problem of the loss of rural collective assets,it is very important to grasp the financial manage⁃ment work at the village level and create"sunshine village affairs".This paper first expounds the strengthening and regulating the importance of financial management work,in view of the present problems existing in the village-level financial manage⁃ment,democratic management model from the collective asset management system,financial,auditing,supervision and manage⁃ment strength and financial committee of training evaluation aspects,puts forward the reasonable solution Suggestions,which provides theoretical reference for the related staff,aims to further optimize the village-level financial management plan,im⁃prove the level of village level financial management,promote rural financial management to develop in the direction of stan⁃dardization and institutionalization.
