How to Build a New Socialist Countryside

农业丰则基础强,农民富则国家盛,农村稳则社会安。事关改革开放和社会主义现代化建设全局的根本性问题是农业、农村和农民问题,即“三农”问题。把农业、农村和农民问题置于现代化建设中,并将其视为最为重要的建设内容,如此才能够更好的完成社会主义新农村的建设工作,党和国家统筹全局立足长远,对现阶段“三农”工作应当不断加以深化与发展,充分体现出中央政府在解决“三农”问题上的决心,而这也反映出了广大农民内心的愿望,也保护了其自身的利益。

The fundamental issue concerning the reform and opening up and the socialist modernization drive as a whole is the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,namely,the issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.On the problem of agriculture,countryside and farmers modernization construction,and regard it as the most important content of construction,so can better accomplish the construction of new socialist countryside,the party and the country as a whole the global foothold in the long run,the current"three rural"work should be constantly deepening and developmen.
