State-owned Enterprises Innovate New Mechanism of Party Construction to Promote the Agricultural Reclamation Reform

本文以党的十九大精神为指导,以湛江农垦为例,通过认真研读并总结归纳总书记讲话精神的新特点、新亮点,形成理论指导和方法论,在深入剖析湛江农垦党建工作现状及问题根源的基础上,对新形势下国有企业创新党建工作新体制新机制,促进深化农垦改革进行了有益探讨。

Under the guidance of the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party,this paper grasps the profound thought and rich connotation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the working Conference of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party.Taking Zhanjiang agricultural reclamation as an example,the author studies and summarizes the new characteristics and bright spots of the general secretary's speech spirit,forms theoretical guidance and methodology,and on the basis of deeply analyzing the present situation of Zhanjiang agricultural reclamation party building work and the root causes of party building problems.
