摘要
目前我国煤矿灾害依然十分严重,尤其是由断层引起的灾害更是矿井采掘过程中制约矿井的采掘速度,影响煤矿的经济效益。本文选取韩家洼矿22205综采面作为研究对象,详细论述了22205工作面过断层期间施工组织及方案。根据韩家洼矿巷道围岩的工程地质条件和巷道布置情况,参考断层带应力场的预测和巷道围岩应力和变形场的分析比较成果,提出断层带巷道支护与施工的基本思路为稳、准、快。即稳扎稳打,步步为营,各工序间环环相扣,协调统一,施工方法得当,安全优质。并且速度快,快挖、快护、快封闭。为此提出断层带施工与支护应遵循“防患、早测、短进、弱爆、强支、紧封”的基本原则。
At present,coal mine disasters in China are still very serious,especially disasters caused by faults,which restrict the mining speed during the mining process and affect the economic benef its of coal mines.In this paper,the 22205 fully-mechanized mining face of Hanjiawa Mine is selected as the research object,and the construction organization and scheme during the 22205 working face crossing the fault are discussed in detail.According to the engineering geological conditions and roadway layout of the surrounding rock of the roadway in Hanjiawa Mine,referring to the prediction of the stress field of the fault zone and the analysis and comparison of the stress and deformation field of the surrounding rock of the roadway,the basic idea of roadway support and construction in the fault zone is stable,accurate,fast.That is,slow and steady,step by step,each process is interlocked,coordinated and unified,the construction method is appropriate,safe and high quality.And fast,fast digging,fast protection,fast closure.To this end,it is proposed that the construction and support of fault zones should follow the basic principles of"prevention,early detection,short advance,weak explosion,strong support,tight sealing".
