摘要
垃圾桶是现代社会必不可少的东西,国内人口众多数量庞大,造成垃圾桶分布广泛。传统垃圾桶存在较为分散、垃圾储存率低、清洁人员处理不易等问题,智能垃圾桶为现阶段的发展趋势。所以针对上述垃圾桶的问题以及特性,借助Solid Works设计了一种可压缩可拆卸的太阳能智能垃圾桶。该垃圾桶主要创新点在与设计了一种新型剪式压缩机构和一个可拆卸体,利用太阳能、红外传感等技术实现垃圾桶自动压缩和储存,结构简单便于拆卸和维护,减轻了工作人员的负担,又可以有效回收垃圾。
Garbage can is an indispensable thing in modern society.The large population in China leads to the wide distribution of garbage cans.Traditional garbage can is relatively dispersed,low garbage storage rate,cleaning personnel is not easy to deal with and other problems,intelligent garbage can is the current trend of development.Therefore,aiming at the above problems and characteristics of the garbage can,a kind of compressible and detachable solar intelligent garbage can was designed with the help of Solid Works.The main innovation of the trash can lies in the design of a new type of shear compression mechanism and a removable body,using solar energy,infrared sensing and other technologies to achieve automatic compression and storage of the trash can,the structure is simple and easy to dismantle and maintenance,reduce the burden of staff,and can effectively recycle the garbage.
