摘要
为解决国内无高端批量控制器问题,本文提出了以隔爆型多通道批量控制仪的关键技术研究作为研究目标,对批量控制器的系统组成、主控制板设计、信号采集卡设计进行相关研究本文提出的安全隔离限能、高速串行数据(SPI)总线内部通信协议的多通道融合、模拟量抗干扰等问题的解决方法,可提高批量控制器的适用性、稳定性。
In order to solve the problem that there is no high-end batch controller in China,this paper puts forward the key technology research of explosion-proof multi-channel batch controller as the research target.The system composition,main control panel design,signal acquisition card design of the batch controller are studied.The multi-channel fusion of the security isolation limit,high-speed serial data(SPI)bus internal communication protocol proposed in this paper are discussed.Solutions to analog anti-interference can improve the applicability and stability of batch controller.
