饮水安全工程运行保障措施研究

Study on Operation Guarantee Measures of Drinking Water Safety Project

安全饮水工程的建设是实现城乡协调发展与乡村振兴政策的重要内容。目前我国仍有部分落后的地区是以相对传统和落后的分散式供水作为主要的饮用水来源,水质差别较大,饮用水不达标,直接影响人们的身体健康。饮水安全工程长效的运行管理保障,是保障体系研究的重点,本文探讨了4个方面的内容,具体为饮水管理存在的问题分析、建设有效的饮水管理机制研究、工程建设应急管理研究以及水质监测与水源保护。

The construction of safe drinking water project is an important part of the coord inated development of urban and rural areas and Rural Revitalization policy.At present,there are still some backward areas in our country,which take the relatively traditional and backward decentralized water supply as the main source of drinking water.Water quality is difference,drinking water is not up to standard,which directly affect people's health.The long-term operation and management guarantee of drinking water safety project is the key point of guarantee system research.This paper discusses four aspects,including the analysis of existing problems in drinking water management,the study of ef fective drinking water management mechanism,the research of emergency management of engineering construction,water quality monitoring and water source protection.
