Optimization of Intelligent Yard System in Huanghua Port

堆场设备的自动化研究是散货港口领域的一个重点,黄骅港率先建立了国内首个全自动运行的煤炭堆场,实现了堆取设备的全自动运行,从整体运行效果来看成效显著,但仍然存在一些问题有待改善,本文主要从提能增效、安全生产、人性化操控等方面进行了一系列优化,采取的措施包括技术改进与管理提升,进一步提升了整体运行效果。

The research on the automation of stockyard equipment is a key point in the field of bulk cargo port.Huanghua Port takes the lead in establishing the first fully automatic coal yard in China,realizing the full-automatic operation of stacking and reclaiming equipment.From the overall operation,the effect is remarkable,but there are still some problems to be improved.This paper mainly focuses on improving eff iciency,safety and humanized control,including technical improvement and management improvement,which further improved the overall operation effect.
