中职校专业群教学资源整合的实践研究--建筑工程施工专业人才培养方案典型案例

A Practical Study on the Integration of Teaching Resources in Vocational College——A Typical Case of the Training Scheme for Construction Profess ionals

将专业群建设融入到中职教学中,围绕群内现有资源进行优化配置,包括课程资源、师资队伍、实验实训设施、教学组织等。并在此基础上,完善专业群人才培养方案、课程设置,开发专业群课程平台。本研究尝试对我校中职的建筑工程施工现代化专业群资源进行梳理,并着重从课程资源、教师资源和实训资源三个方面进行整合,希望能够通过优化课程结构、提升师资力量、提高校内外实训基地的利用率,进而提升专业群资源的利用率,保障资源的合理利用,使专业群在运行中能真正发挥以点带面,以重点专业带动一般专业发展的作用。

The construction of professional group is integrated into secondary vocational school teaching,and the existing resources in the group are optimized and allocated,including curriculum resources,teaching staff,experimental training facilities,teaching organization and so on.And on this basis,improve the professional group talent training program,curriculum,the development of professional group curriculum platform.This study attempts to sort out the resources of the construction modernization specialty group in secondary vocational schools of our university on the integration of curriculum resources,teachers'resources and practical training resources.It is hoped that by optimizing the curriculum structure,improving teachers'strength,improving the utilization rate of training bases inside and outside the school,we can improve the utilization rate of professional group resources,so that the professional group in the operation can really play a point with the surface,with the key specialty to drive the general professional development role.
