企业在职业教育中的地位和作用创新研究--以菏泽职业学院为例

Innovative Research on the Position and Function of Enterprises in Vocational Education——A Case Study of Heze Vocational College

随着国家“职教二十条”和教育部、山东省人民政府联合推出部省共建山东职教创新发展高地意见(2020)的出台,山东省高职院校争分夺秒,以“战时状态”抢抓机遇,争创职业教育发展高地,助推产教深度融合发展。在此背景下,研究企业在职业教育发展中的地位和作用至关重要。本研究以菏泽职业学院校企合作为例,分析企业在职业教育发展中的地位和作用,研究深化职业教育校企合作的应对策略。

With the national"Twenty Articles on Vocational Education",the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Shandong Province jointly launched the Ministr y of Education to jointly build the Shandong Vocational Education Innovation and Development Highland Opinion(2020),higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province are racing against time and f ighting against each other.They seize opportunities,and strive to create a high ground for the development of vocational education,and promotes the deep integration of production and education.In this context,it is very important to study the status and role of enterprises in the development of vocational education.The study takes Heze Vocational College's school-enterprise cooperation as an example,and analyzes the status and role of enterprises in the development of vocational education,and studies the countermeasures to deepen the school-enterprise cooperation of vocational education.
