现代学徒制校企合作模式是我国职业教育的主要模式之一,它既继承了传统学徒制的优点,又融合了现代职业教育的理念。医学美容技术专业是职业学校的一个热门专业,在该专业的教育教学和人才培养中,应充分应用现代学徒制校企合作模式。本文首先介绍了医学美容技术专业、现代学徒制、校企合作模式等相关概念,其次提出了医学美容技术专业现代学徒制校企合作模式的实践要点,最后分析了医学美容技术专业现代学徒制校企合作模式实行中存在的主要问题及对策。
