摘要
在师德评价中,教师是被评价对象,是评价的客体,往往很少有主动权。师德评价的目的不仅是规范教师教育言行,更重要的是提升教师的教育品质,鼓励教师自觉修炼师德,完善人格。师德评价要从教师的立场理解教师需求,辩证分析评价结果,在客观公正的评价过程中帮助教师专业发展。师德评价的教师立场有助于更好地发挥评价的有效性。
In the ethics evaluation of teachers,teachers are both the subject and the object of evaluation.They often have few initiatives in the process.The purpose of this evaluation is not only to standardize teachers’educational words and deeds,but also to improve teachers’educational quality,thus encouraging teachers to consciously practice the morality and improve the personality.Ethics evaluation of teachers should be based on their needs,and the result of evaluation should be analyzed in a dialectical way,which will help teachers develop professionally in the process of objective and fair evaluation.This kind of evaluation will contribute to the effectiveness of evaluation.
