摘要 目的探讨目标激励教育联合多重刺激治疗对首发抑郁症患者病情恢复及睡眠质量的影响。方法选择医院2018年4月—2019年12月收治的首发抑郁症患者140例为研究对象,按两组患者性别、年龄、病程、抑郁程度具有可比性的原则,分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组采用药物治疗联合常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加以目标激励教育联合多重刺激治疗。比较两组患者的病情恢复情况及睡眠质量。结果观察组脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)含量高于对照组,且汉密尔顿抑郁自评量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组;观察组睡眠质量评价高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标激励教育联合多重刺激治疗在首发抑郁症患者中的应用,可促进病情恢复,改善其睡眠质量。 Objective To explore the effect of goal motivation education combined with multiple stimulation therapy on the recovery and sleep quality of patients with first-episode depression.Methods To select 140 patients with first-onset depression treated in hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 as the study objects,and the two groups of patients were divided into a control group and an observation group with 70 cases in each group according to the principle of comparability of gender,age,course of disease,degree of depression.The control group was treated with medication and conventional care.The observation group was given a target incentive education combination based on the control group.Multi-stimulus therapy was used to compare the recovery and sleep quality of the two groups of patients.Results The brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)content of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)score was lower than that in the control group,the sleep quality evaluation in the observation group was higher than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of goal motivation education combined with multiple stimulation therapy in first-episode depression patients can promote the recovery of the disease and improve their sleep quality.
