摘要
放射线在肿瘤的临床治疗中发挥着重要作用,但放射线照射导致的学习记忆及认知功能障碍也不容忽视。当放射剂量达到一定值后,脑组织内细胞增殖分化受阻、凋亡增多且细胞周期受阻。神经干细胞是一类具有多向分化潜能的细胞,此类细胞日常处于静止状态,但在受到外界损伤时神经干细胞可被重新激活,并增殖分化迁移至受损部位。电针对脑损伤后神经干细胞的增殖、分化具有调控作用,因此在调节神经干细胞增殖分化方面有可能成为未来防治放射性脑损伤的重要方向。
Radiation plays an important role in the clinical treatment of tumors,but the impairment of learning memory and cognitive function caused by radiation exposure cannot be ignored.When the radiation dose reaches a certain value,cell proliferation and differentiation in the brain tissue is blocked,apoptosis is increased and the cell cycle is blocked.Neural stem cells are a type of cells with multi-directional differentiation potential.Such cells are normally in a quiescent state,but neural stem cells can be reactivated when they are damaged by the outside world,allowing them to proliferate and differentiate and migrate to the damaged site.Electroacupuncture has a regulatory effect on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells after brain injury,which may become an important direction for preventing and treating radiation-induced brain injury in the future.
