摘要
本文对中天钢铁8号1580 m^(3)高炉生产中出现的炉底板上翘、冷却壁损坏等问题进行了分析和探讨。结合生产实践和国内同类型高炉的设计经验,针对上述问题采取了一系列改进措施,如双层炉底板密封结构、厚壁改为薄壁炉衬结构、改进炉体冷却系统、完善炉体检测手段等。有效解决了第一代炉役中出现的问题,为高炉下一代炉役的安全、高效生产打下了坚实的基础。
In this paper,analysis and discussion are made on the problems such as furnace bottom plate up-warping and cooling stave damage in the production of Zenith 8^(#)1580 m^(3) BF.Aim at these questions,combined with production practice and domestic design experience of the same type of blast furnace,a series of improvement measures have been taken,such as double furnace bottom plate sealing structure,changing thick wall into thin wall lining structure,improving furnace body cooling system and detection means.Effectively solved the problems in the first generation of furnace service,and played a safe and efficient role in the next generation of furnace service.
