摘要
热镀锌钢丝是指在钢丝的表面靠物理的热扩散作用形成一层锌铁合金的镀层,镀层可以增强钢丝的防腐能力,延长其使用寿命。钢丝的一些特殊应用对钢丝热镀锌的品质要求越来越高。文中使用PLC控制技术、人机对话、变频技术、传感器技术和工业以太网等技术研发出钢丝热镀锌智能控制调速系统。实践证明,该调速系统在钢丝规格、热水洗的温度、电解酸洗的浓度和锌液的温度等生产要素发生改变时,能够智能调速、稳定运行,有效避免出现钢丝镀锌不均匀、漏镀等缺陷,全面提升了热镀锌钢丝的品质。
Hot-dip galvanized steel wire refers to the formation of a zinc-iron alloy coating on the surface of the steel wire by physical thermal diffusion,the coating can enhance the anti-corrosion ability of the steel wire and prolong its service life.Some special applications of steel wire place higher and higher quality requirements for the hot-dip galvanizing of steel wire.The article uses PLC control technology,human-machine dialogue,frequency conversion technology,sensor technology and industrial ethernet technology to develop an intelligent speed regulation system for steel wire hot-dip galvanizing control system.Practice has proved when they changes in production factors such as the steel wire specifications,hot water washing temperature,concentration of electrolytic pickling and the zinc solution temperature,the speed regulation system can be intelligently adjusted speed and run stably,effectively avoiding defects such as uneven galvanizing and missing plating of the steel wire,and comprehensively improving the quality of the hot-dip galvanizing steel wire.
