摘要
联合特钢公司煤气供、用设备分布线长面广。随着公司产能的不断提升,煤气产量也随之提高,由于煤气供、用设备分布不均及煤气系统运行不稳定所带来的问题也日益显著。通过一系列措施对煤气管网系统进行调整后,煤气管网阻力减小,不同区域煤气管网压差降低,煤气放散量减少,煤气发电量增加,提高了煤气利用率,保障了煤气管网系统安全运行,创造了更高的经济效益。
The gas supply equipment and gas users of United special steel company are widely distributed.With the continuous improvement of the company production capacity,gas production has also increased,the problems caused by the uneven distribution of gas supply and gas users and the unstable operation of gas system are also becoming more and more obvious.After adjusting the gas pipe network system by a series of measures,the resistance of the gas pipe network is reduced,the pressure difference of the gas pipe network in different areas is reduced,the gas emission volume is reduced,and the gas power generation capacity is increased,which improves the utilization rate of gas,ensures the safe operation of the gas pipe network system,and creates higher economic benefits.
