滤筒除尘技术改造实践

Technical transformation and practice of dust removal by filter cartridge

天钢联合特钢烧结厂配套有电除尘器和布袋除尘器,布袋除尘器的布袋材质为覆膜滤料。2019年以来国家对钢铁行业实行超低排放标准,烧结厂原先配套的布袋除尘器已不能满足超低排放标准。本文分析了原布袋除尘器存在的主要问题以及扩容改造的困难,结合生产现场实际,提出了在不改变原布袋除尘器外形和结构的基础上,对烧结厂现有部分布袋除尘器进行滤筒除尘技术改造,改造后的除尘设施可持续稳定达到国家的超低排放要求。

Equipped with electrostatic dust collector and bag dust collector in sintering plant of Tiangang United Special Steel Co.,Ltd.,the cloth bag material of bag dust collector is membrane filter material.Since 2019,the country has adopted ultra-low emission standards for iron and steel industry,the original bag dust collector in sintering plant cannot meet the ultra-low emission standard.This paper analyzes the main problems of the original bag dust collector and the difficulties of the expansion and transformation,based on the actual situation in the production site,on the basis of not changing the shape and structure of the original bag dust collector,proposed that retrofit of filter tube dust technology for some existing bag dust collector in sintering plant,after the transformation of dust removal facilities can continue to meet the national ultra-low emission requirements.
