基于AgW触点材料的大功率继电器触点间的电动斥力

摘要 讨论了大功率继电器所用的AgW触点间的电动斥力,通过对AgW触点间电动斥力的理论计算,得到电动斥力与W含量的关系曲线。曲线表明,随着W含量的增加,电动斥力变大,但该力与触点间的接触压力相比则小得多,可以忽略。在进行大功率继电器设计时,该结论对估算触点间的电动斥力有指导意义。 This paper discusses the electric repulsion force between Ag-W contacts used in high power relays.Through the theoretical calculation of the electric repulsion force between Ag-W contacts,the relationship between the electric repulsion force and W content is obtained.The curve shows that the electric repulsion force will increase with the increase of W content,but the force is much smaller than the contact pressure between contacts and can be ignored.In the design of high-power relay,the conclusion has guiding significance for estimating the electric repulsion force between contacts.
