摘要
为优化群控方法,提高电梯运行效率,起到节能减排作用,基于六部十层群控电梯模型,提出一种基于S7_1200的多目标电梯群分区算法。该算法实时计算、动态分析静态分区电梯台数需求、各电梯在各区域的评价值,实时监测并判断各电梯最优区域分配,实现动态电梯群区域分配。介绍了电梯群控制系统拓扑结构、算法的设计思想、算法结构以及实现,最后利用电梯仿真系统(EES)验证算例,证实了该算法的可行性、合理性和优越性。
In order to optimize the group control method and improve the elevator operation efficiency,it plays a role in energy saving and emission reduction.Based on the six-story ten-story group-controlled elevator model,this paper proposes a multi-objective elevator group zoning algorithm based on S7_1200.The real-time calculation dynamically analyzes the static number of elevators and the evaluation values of each elevator in each area,and monitors and judges the optimal elevators in real time.Regional allocation to achieve dynamic elevator group area allocation.In this paper,the topology structure of the elevator group control system,the design idea of the algorithm,the algorithm structure and the implementation are introduced.Finally,the feasibility study,rationality and superiority of the algorithm are verified by the elevator simulation system(EES).
