摘要
以机组的发电效益最高和检修成本最低为目标,建立机组检修计划的优化模型;通过对机组检修工作的全面梳理和分析,充分考虑机组检修期间关键节点的控制和检修工期的优化,创新地设计了具有可推广性的大型水电站机组检修计划数字化模型,利用数字化模型指导实际检修工作,并应用蚁群算法求解所提模型。实例计算表明,所提方案可以安全高效地开展检修任务和实现检修进度的精准控制。
With the goal of generating units with the highest power generation efficiency and the lowest maintenance cost,an optimized model of the unit maintenance plan is established.And through a comprehensive combing and analysis of the unit maintenance work,fully considering the control of key nodes during the unitmaintenance workand the optimization of the maintenance period,innovatively designed a digital model of the maintenance plan of the large-scale hydropower station that is popularized,using the digital model to guide the actual maintenance work And apply the ant colony algorithm to solve the proposed model.Example calculations show that the proposed scheme can safely and efficiently carry out maintenance tasks and achieve precise control of maintenance progress.
