摘要
我国高职院校集团化办学的历程可以分为萌芽阶段、探索阶段、发展阶段。其类别有:政府主导型职业教育集团、院校主导型职业教育集团、企业/行业主导型职业教育集团、自愿联盟型职业教育集团和中介主导型职业教育集团。集团化办学存在主体协作动力不足等问题。形成鲜明的办学模式,搭建集团内共生机制,能够解决好主体协作能力不够等问题。"四方双元、‘城’校互动、双创贯通"的办学模式,以共建、共享、共管的思路持续推进公共实训基地建设,这些举措形成了具有特色的集团化办学之路。各集团应该充分考虑其优势资源,调动集团成员的参与积极性,以此为切入点构建集团化办学的特色模式,推动集团化办学取得更大的成效。
The course of the higher vocational colleges group education in China can be divided into the embryonic stage,the exploration stage and the development stage.The categories are:Government led Vocational Education Group;College led Vocational Education Group;Enterprises/industries led Vocational Education Group,Voluntary Union and Mediated dominance Vocational Education Group.There are some problems in group education,such as the lack of motive force of subject cooperation,etc.To form a distinctive school-running model and establish a symbiotic mechanism within the group can solve the problems such as the lack of cooperative ability of the main body.The school-running mode of"four-party two-yuan,city school interaction and Continuous innovation"continuously promotes the construction of public training bases in the way of co-construction,sharing and co-management,which forms the characteristic way of running schools as a group.Each group should fully consider its advantages and resources,mobilize the enthusiasm of group members,as a starting point to build a characteristic model of group-run schools,to promote the work of group-run schools to achieve greater results.
