“双高”背景下校企“双元”育人机制的探索——以跨类别电商专业群为例

The Exploration of"Dual"Education Mechanism of School and Enterprise under the Background of"Double High"——Take Cross Category E-commerce Professional Group as an Example

文章分析了我国电子商务行业企业人才需求现状,指出了高职院校电子商务人才培养存在的问题,介绍了校企"双元"育人的新模式,提出了在"双高"建设背景下,树立跨类别电子商务专业群集群化发展理念,从推进"双元"育人教学模式改革、生产性实训基地建设、顶岗实习平台构建、学业考核体系建立和"双师型"教学团队建设等方面完善校企"双元"育人路径的探索和思考。

This paper analyzes the current situation of talent demand of enterprises in e-commerce industry in China,points out the existing problems of e-commerce talent training in higher vocational colleges,introduces the new mode of"dual"education in colleges and enterprises,and puts forward the concept of cluster development of cross category E-commerce specialty group under the background of"dual high"construction,so as to promote the reform of"dual"education teaching mode and productive training base the exploration and thinking of improving the"dual"education path of school and enterprise in the aspects of construction,on the job practice platform,academic assessment system and"double teacher"teaching team construction.
