文化育人视阈下高职院校会计专业文化构建策略——以无锡科技职业学院为例

Study on Cultural Constructive Strategy of Accounting Major in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Cultural Education——Taking Wuxi Vocational College of Science and Technology as an Example

基于高职院校文化育人的职能,结合无锡东林文化、民族工商业发源地的文化优势,从融入中华传统优秀文化、融入区域文化、融入企业文化等方面,提出"三融入"高职院校会计专业文化建设体系构建策略。敬业保密严谨是是高质量会计专业人才的基本要求,主要建设途径是深度融入企业文化;细致、创新、诚信体现了我校会计专业宽口径培养专业人才的理念,打造具有工商管理全局意识的会计人才,主要建设途径是融入区域文化,依托无锡这个民族工商业发源地的丰富的工商业文化底蕴;爱国、爱岗、担当、风险等责任意识,是未来职业可持续发展的立足之本,主要建设途径是融入优秀传统文化,依托东林文化、无锡惠山古镇名人故居及祠堂群落,培养大局观,强化责任担当意识。

Based on the function of higher vocational colleges’culture education,it is combined with Wuxi Donglin culture and the cultural advantages of the birthplace of national industry and commerce.This article is from the integration of Chinese traditional excellent culture,regional culture,corporate culture and so on.Putting forward"three integration"accounting professional culture construction strategy in higher vocational colleges.Dedication,confidentiality and preciseness are the basic requirements of high-quality accounting professionals,and the main construction way is to deeply integrate into the corporate culture;meticulous,innovative and honest embody the concept of cultivating professional talents with wide caliber of accounting major in our university,and to create accounting talents with overall awareness of business management.The main construction way is to integrate into regional culture and rely on Wuxi,the birthplace of national industry and commerce rich industrial and commercial cultural heritage.Patriotism,love of the post,responsibility,risk and other sense of responsibility are the foundation of future career sustainable development.The main construction way is to integrate excellent traditional culture,relying on Donglin culture,the former residence of celebrities and ancestral hall community in Huishan ancient town,Wuxi,to cultivate the overall situation and strengthen the sense of responsibility.
