创业型大学创新创业人才培养体系构建——基于深度融合产教平台的实践

Construction of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent Training System in Entrepreneurial Universities——Practice based on deep integration of Production and Education Platform

基于深度合作产教融合实践平台的创新创业育人模式,适应当前职业教育供给侧改革的需要,对提升高职院校学生创新创业意识与能力,增强毕业生就业竞争力起到了重要的促进作用,也符合创业型大学应用型人才培养的定位。文章对当前高职院校创新创业教育面临的定位不准确、与产教融合人才培养体系建设融合度低、与专业内涵建设脱节等现实问题进行了分析,从产教融合视角提出了创业型大学创新创业人才培养模式和教育教学改革的实践路径,为职业教育创业型大学创新创业教育教学人才培养体系构建与实践提出了可行性建议。

Based on the deep innovation and entrepreneurship education mode of deep cooperation industry education integration platform,it is to meet the needs of current supply side reform of vocational education.It plays an important role for promoting higher vocational colleges the sense and the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship and enhancing graduates’employment competitiveness.It also meets the needs of orientation of applied talents training in innovation and entrepreneurship universities.The paper analyzes the inaccurate orientation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,the low integration degree with construction of training system of industry and education and the disjoint with the construction of professional connotation.It puts forward the innovative talent training mode of entrepreneurial and from the perspective of the integration of industry and education,and the practical path of education and teaching reform.It aims to put forward practical suggestions of vocational education’s innovation and entrepreneurship education talent training system’s construction and practice.
