摘要
为克服热拌沥青混合料在隧道路面铺筑过程中存在的耗能高、有害气体排放量大的问题,对SBS改性沥青采用降黏剂,降低沥青混合料的拌和、施工温度,然后掺入适量硅藻土。依据正交原理,以针入度、135℃黏度、软化点、延度为评价指标,通过室内试验选择两种性能较优的温拌硅藻土-SBS复合改性沥青,并依据黏温曲线确定加热温度。同时,与SK#70HMA,SBS改性沥青混合料的路用性能作对比试验。结果表明:相比较SBS改性沥青混合料,温拌硅藻土-SBS复合改性沥青混合料能降低拌和、摊铺温度25℃左右,且其高温抗车辙性能、抗滑性能优,低温抗裂性能有一定损害。
In order to overcome the problems of high energy consumption and large amount of harmful gas emission existing in hot mix asphalt mixture in the process of tunnel road pavement,viscosity reducing agent is used to reduce the mixing and construction temperature of asphalt mixture with SBS modified asphalt,and then appropriate amount of diatomite is added.According to the orthogonal principle,the penetration,135℃viscosity,softening point and ductility are taken as the evaluation indexes.Two kinds of warm mixing diatomite-SBS composite modified asphalt with better performance are selected through the indoor test,and the heating temperature is determined according to the viscosity temperature curve.At the same time,the road performance of SK#70HMA and SBS modified asphalt mixture was compared.The results show that compared with SBS modified asphalt mixture,the warm mixing diatomite-SBS composite modified asphalt mixture can reduce the mixing,with paving temperature of about 25℃,and its high-temperature rutting resistance and anti-sliding performance is excellent and its low-temperature cracking resistance is damaged to some extent.
