摘要
为掌握不同工作环境因素对军医大学临床医学专业毕业生自身岗位素质满意度的影响,通过发放自编满意度问卷(以岗位素质三级指标体系为条目),对某军医大学391名临床医学专业毕业学员进行调查,重点比较不同工作性质的学员满意度的差异。结果显示,不同工作性质的学员的总体满意度有差异(F=4.038,P=0.008),对4项二级指标和22项三级指标的满意度均有统计学差异。
To investigate the influence of work environment factors on the satisfaction of graduates from a military medical university with self-quality, a self-made satisfaction questionnaire(with items from three-level index system) was adopted, and a survey was conducted in 391 clinical medicine graduates from the same military medical university mainly on the satisfaction difference of the graduates in different job categories. The results showed statistical significance in the overall satisfaction in different job categories(F=4.038, P=0.008);so did in satisfaction of 4 secondary indicators and 22 tertiary indicators.
